Divorce needn’t be difficult…
We understand the difficulties which come with divorce and family separation, so we strive to make the divorce process and experience as simple and easy as 1.2.3.™; that’s why we deal with all the paperwork, so you can continue with your everyday life, relaxed in the knowledge that you’re in safe hands.
We offer 4 types of services
divorce
Our comprehensive fixed-fee packages offer a simple and convenient way to dissolve your marriage/civil partnership. We offer both Petitioner and Respondent packages to assist couples who are wishing to proceed on an uncontested basis.
money
Separation from your partner requires not only a legal resolution, but also a financial one. There are serious pitfalls if you fail to protect yourself and your finances/assets post divorce/separation. We are here to guide and protect you from any future unforeseen complications.
children
Children are precious. It is vital that following a separation their wishes and feelings are paramount and their welfare protected from unnecessary animosity. Our packages are designed to offer support and guidance to reach an arrangement to suit and
benefit your whole family.
agreements
It’s our goal to encourage couples to protect their family and provide long term stability. We recommend a pre- or post-nuptial agreement for intended/married couples and a cohabitation agreement for couples who are unmarried. We can also prepare a comprehensive separation agreement for couples not wishing to divorce.
Are you a petitioner or respondent?
If you wish to start divorce proceedings against your spouse or civil partner, then you require a Petitioner package.
If you’ve been served with divorce papers, you require a Respondent package.
